About Dorian
Ms. Eden is Of Counsel with the Law Office of Scott David Stewart, pllc and has been a practicing attorney in Arizona since 2002. Her practice consists primarily of family law and personal injury. Ms. Eden has handled a wide variety of divorce cases consisting of parties from many different backgrounds. Family law cases can be complex and often involve child custody, parental access, child support, spousal maintenance, division of assets (which includes division of businesses), assignment of debt, and attorney's fees. Ms. Eden handles dissolution cases from before the petition for dissolution of marriage is filed through the obtaining the decree of dissolution of marriage, and also post-decree modification issues. She regularly goes to court, but believes that the majority of cases are best resolved outside of the courtroom, whether by negotiation, settlement conferences or mediation.Ms. Eden is a member of the American Bar Association, Arizona State Bar Association and Maricopa County Bar Association and is licensed to practice in Arizona and Federal Court.
She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a double major in political science and speech communication. She graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio.
Ms. Eden was the 2002 recipient of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award and the William H. Wallace Litigation Award.
